Shipping:

Due to the nature of drying times of oil paint, I cannot guarantee when a painting will be shipped. Oil paintings take 3-7 weeks to dry depending on the thickness of the paint and the humidity in the air. If the painting is not yet fully dry, I cannot apply the final coat of protective varnish and I cannot prepare it for shipment. Please email me (kayla@kaylaphillipsart.com) if you would like an update on drying times for a particular painting or shipping status for your order.

I will be extremely cautious when packaging artwork. Once the invoice has been paid, artwork will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, refunds cannot be issued as the painting is at the discretion of the shipping provider - I have no control once I drop the order off to be mailed. Once the painting is in the hands of the shipping provider, I am not responsible for shipping delays and/or shipping damage.

Prints are shipped in a sturdy flat mailer unless they are 16x20 or larger. Large prints will be rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube.

Once your order has been shipped, I will email you a shipping notification with tracking number.

International orders or large painting purchases: shipping cost may vary from the estimate charged at checkout. I will email you with a separate invoice to cover the additional cost. You may email me with questions or to get an estimate.

Refunds/Returns:

All artwork sales are final once shipped.

If I have not emailed a shipping notification, you are permitted to request a refund and cancel your order by emailing me (kayla@kaylaphillipsart.com).

If you have concerns or questions about a painting, I encourage you to email me (kayla@kaylaphillipsart.com). I’m happy to provide additional pictures and information for your consideration prior to purchase. I cannot be held responsible for color variation that may occur on screens when viewing artwork online.

Use of Artwork:

The copyright of any and all artwork remains at all times with the Artist who created it. The collector may only use the painting for personal display and enjoyment unless written permission is given by me. The collector may post images of the painting to social media if I am tagged and given credit. I retain the right to utilize an image of the painting for any circumstance, including promotions, advertisements, print reproductions, etc.
