FAQ

  • Do you take commissions?

Currently I have closed commissions as I focus on painting for the holidays and the upcoming collection. Please reach out if you have a specific project in mind to further discuss options and my next availability. Thank you!

  • What is the print quality?

My prints are high quality, giclee, fine art prints on 100% cotton paper. They have a smooth matte texture with incredible depth and detail.

“Giclee” means the print is high-quality and long-lasting, made with archival, pigment-based inks on heavy, acid-free paper or canvas. Giclee prints offer superior detail, color accuracy, and resistance to fading over a much longer period of time.

  • How will my order be shipped?

I package paintings with the utmost care using extra padding and a sturdy mailer. All artwork will be shipped via USPS priority mail. I will email the collector a shipping notification with tracking number. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, refunds cannot be issued as the painting is at the discretion of the shipping provider. Once the painting is in the hands of the shipping provider, I am not responsible for shipping delays and/or shipping damage. Unfortunately, I don’t have any control of how the painting is handled once it’s in transit. Please see Shop Policies for further detail.

  • What is the return policy?

All artwork sales are final once shipped.

If I have not emailed a shipping notification, you are permitted to request a refund and cancel your order by emailing me.

If you have concerns or questions about a painting, I encourage you to email me. I’m happy to provide additional pictures and information for your consideration prior to purchase. I cannot be held responsible for color variation that may occur on screens when viewing artwork online.

  • Who actually owns the painting?

I retain all rights to any and all artwork I have created, even after purchase. The collector is happily free to display the painting in their home or business for personal enjoyment. If the collector posts on social media, please credit me as the artist and tag me. The collector may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. I retain the right to utilize an image of the painting for any circumstances, including promotions, advertisements, print reproductions, etc.
